By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your canton or country of residence, or that you have a parent or guardian's consent to use this site.

Players may create a free account to save favourite clubs, RSVP to events, and post reviews. Club representatives may claim and manage a club page.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach of any of these Terms may result in the immediate termination of your account and access to our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Club pages and other content on the site are provided for general information only. Much of this information (contact details, hours, courts, events, availability) is provided by clubs themselves or compiled from public sources, and may not be accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on this content is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information.

Racket Panda is a directory and discovery platform. We help players find clubs and help clubs present themselves. We do not own, operate, or manage any club, court, lesson, or event.

Any booking, lesson, membership, or payment arranged with a club is solely between you and that club, on the club's own systems or external booking links. Racket Panda is not a party to those transactions and does not process any payments between players and clubs.

We are not responsible for the condition, availability, pricing, or management of clubs, courts, events, or lessons, nor for any cancellation, refund, or dispute, which are governed by each club's own policies.

Racket Panda is free for players. Clubs may upgrade to a paid plan (Pro at CHF 99/year; Premium at custom pricing).

Paid plans are billed in advance through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, a club authorizes recurring charges until cancelled.

Subscriptions renew automatically. A club may cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid period, after which the plan reverts to free. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Prices may change; we will give affected clubs notice of any change to a recurring price. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and account information. We may refuse, limit, or cancel a subscription at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

You may post reviews and other content. You are solely responsible for that content and its accuracy. Content must be honest, lawful, and must not infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of such tools.

Any use of third-party tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk, and you should ensure that you are familiar with the terms on which those tools are provided.

Certain content or services available via our platform may include links to third-party sites, including clubs' own websites and booking systems. These links may direct you to sites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party websites.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the use of goods, services, or content available through third-party websites. Please review the third party's policies before engaging in any transaction.

Your submission of personal information through the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including with respect to club details, pricing, events, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, cantonal or local regulations, rules, laws or ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To collect or track the personal information of others
• To spam, phish, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service or any related website

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Racket Panda and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service without affecting the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
