Based at the Pontaise Olympic Stadium site since 1954, Tennis Club Lausanne-Sports has a long history going back to 1911 and a strong record in the national league. Close to the city centre, between the Pontaise and Plaines-du-Loup districts, it offers clay, hard and synthetic grass courts, several of them under a heated dome in winter. The club fields several men's and women's teams in the Swiss Tennis Interclub competition each year. The Team Lausanne Academy runs the tennis school for children, teenagers and adults.
