The Anzère-Ayent tennis club sits at 1400 metres of altitude, about twenty minutes from Sion. Its quartz sand courts host an active club that fields men's and women's teams in interclub competition. Tournaments are held regularly for both members and visiting holidaymakers. Two mornings a week are set aside for casual round robin play, making it a friendly spot to hit the ball in a mountain setting.
